Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email.


2. Delivery Time

After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to customs procedures.


3. Shipping Method and Origin

To reduce waste and minimize CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China.

  • Depending on your country, customs fees may apply.

  • Our shipping partners include: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination

  • Chosen shipping method


5. Tracking and Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for receiving the package at home or picking it up at a designated pickup point if applicable.
